EA Staff (Retired)Galactic War can be tough but most teams should be beatable, although I do sometimes have to use multiple teams to overcome certain nodes.
I like to play around with different team compositions, as well as leaders to get around some of the tougher opponents.

I think your reply is *. There is obviously issues with the difficult rating in this game. It seems to an issue in pvp as well as ship wars. The game does not rate opposing groups properly. To add to this post about GW I had 4 level 84 groups wiped half way through by a level 73 team that had an extremely over powered synergy. I get the hump groups are more difficult but when there is no consideration taken to over powered teams then why even bother end it at the half point or wherever you want it to stop. Each team you fight in gw should at least be probable for you to beat or what's the point?
You really need to look into this GW difficulty ppl. And Andy half-assed answers as "you need try work with your team setup" wont cut it. To make my point - my todays GW had 4 teams tot overpowered on node 6,9,11 and 12. Last 1 i tryed to pass but eventually given-up i spent lit. 40 mins trying dif poss teams and setups hoping to see better result but no luck. Team with your old classic rebels Wedge+Biggs.. BUT with maxed up levels and skills, power way over mine and Great mods - for easier comparison even their Wedge had almost 2x more HP than mine IX gear Kylo. And if you have any idea about this game you know how freaky that is!! (kylo have norm very high Hp for attacker while Wedge is more glass cannon).
PPL you need do some serious thinking i spent 2.5 hours today bec of those overp. teams and retreats and tryes again and again and its beyond frustrating, making me want give up this game entirely bec of this. Think, GW work as daily!!! Which means i get have same joy as this tomorrow and day after, THIS IS NOT some uniqe event with coool rewards - there some difficulty would make sense. I really dont know any game where just finishing your daily can be so painfull and time-consuming. At this point i am just clinging to hope that when i get to max level and hopefully fully gear more than 1 team it will make things easier or you ppl will wake-up and fix this diff issues. Bec if not i am not sure how long i will be able to keep my patience with this and stick with this game even though i still like it. I want play my game to have fun and not to get beyond frustrated just to finish 1 type of dailies. Thanks

The enemies in gw are over the freaking top. And you know this. I came back after quitting cause it looked like you fixed the issue. But now it's back. I'm no longer purchasing anything from you guys and I guarantee you people from mine and other guilds are doing the same thing. Also the pay outs are less now.
EA Staff (Retired)@Rynchenzo - I find that most of the time but it can get tougher as you level up. I usually find I can defeat all nodes. Sometimes its easy, sometimes it takes some thought and sometimes it can be really tough.
I quite like the mix up though 🙂

Your answers are complete * and extremely unhelpful. L2P is NOT an answer (which is basically what you are proposing). Let me give you an example of whay many of us are experiencing. I have ZERO ....Let me repeat ZERO zeta mods (and thus zero zeta leaders) but for the past 2 weeks I have run against multiple teams with zeta leaders and maxed gear (even one node 9i ran into a zeta squad! ). How is this even remotely fair or enjoyable. I have purchased in the past but that is at an end until you developers get your heads out of your four points of contact. Soon I will just quit and encourage others to do the same. A game is supposed to be FUN, not a cores. Challenging yes, but beatable. At this point GW is a frustrating chore thar is unbeatable.
I would suggest you ask Andy how many Zeta characters he is using. Go on, ask him. I would wager he has a whole Zeta team or two that he uses on GW.
Do we have any kind of option to petition EA to replace Andy?
Can you really justify that response especially currently I would love to see anyone beat the recent GW battles I have had. I have a rebel team with chirut baze wedge Biggs and lando a pretty powerful team that are at mostly tier 10 with 2 tier 11. great team right nope not when the scalability some how matches me with a rebel team with Han Solo from rancor tier 11 commander skywalker tier 12!!!! R2 tier 12 also!!!! And the wedge and Biggs tier 11 in what world considering that that is my best team would I be able to defeat them. This is flipping ridiculous and continues to get worse. I have been upset for many months but have continued to play and spend money at times. But the amount of bull * that has been added and done recently is a grap at forcing players to spend money and not a subtle one. They way this is beginning to turn is unconscionable and I urge anyone playing this game to spend not a cent on this. It is almost a bait and switch and is a terrible way for EA to treat their loyal customers.
And once again this morning.....this is getting frigging OLD!!! Three days in a row I am getting my * handed to me by a team that should be fairly easy to beat! I am to the point of quitting all together! The game is no longer any fun, just pure rage and frustration. When I am to the point of throwing my tablet through the wall, it is time to just stop playing! Ridiculous that EA does not respond to customers in a way to resolve obvious issues. So at this point, I will not play another single EA game!
This is the squad I drew in GW on battle number six! Not 10, or 11 or 12...6! This is absolutely ridiculous ea *, seriously, do you freaking job and look into your friggin code. It's SO UNFAIR, you designed it so that players need GW tokens and credits which I can't get because I can't get past battle number six!!! This squad was maxed in abilities and mods and killed all my toons without me killing even one of them. How is that competitive? I mean look at this forum, how many people are bitching about GW since you last update and you either respond with * answers or no response at all.
Thanks for bringing this up. I have spent a fortune strengthening my squads and now stopped spending anything because it made no difference. I agree GW has become more like a chore I have to do to earn credits and gear so I can keep playing the other game modes. Am loath to leave my guild, but the time it takes out of my day isn’t worth it.

Well since the developers said, "We have no idea how to fix Galactic War, so F it... we'll just tell people to use different squads, hehe" I've also decided to F Galactic War. What used to be a fun run each day became an insurmountable chore and painstakingly frustrating. The developers don't give a * and in fact, increased all of the abilities of the opposing teams.
It's not like they're ignorant. They know exactly what they're doing, and then play dumb like their hands are tied behind their back. You get all this nonsense about suicide squads and using one specific player or team for each one. It's as if they think WE work on it for 8 hours a day.
They are none to bright when it comes to customer experience of the game. They have one focus and it's to make money. So if you're having trouble, spend money and up your squads... and we'll come in right behind you and up the levels of the teams you fight against.
So just do 3-5 a day and reset it. It's what the developers have pigeon-holed us into. They will not make any changes to GW as they'd rather spend time and energy defending a broken part of the game rather than just fixing it. You have like 20 things to do each day. NOTHING should take more than a minute. GW can take in upwards of an hour. That is just flat out ridiculous.
