Will we get credit for the amount of stars we earned in the last TB towards the achievement progress?

The easy way to "lighten the load" is simply allowing the guilds to move onto the next phase, if they choose, once all areas are at 3 star instead of waiting 24 hours for each phase to naturally end which takes 3 days to get into phase 3, majority of guilds can get there in one day.
