Rediculous rng of fleet shipments
So getting the same set of ship shards for 12 refreshes is apparently "rng". Even had the same toon shards and gear pieces 12 times its utter horse shiznit

Refreshed 3 times with crystals and the ship shards did not change even once yesterday. I noticed character shards changed, but didn't pay attention to gear. I don't believe that is RNG. First time in a very long time I refreshed. It will probably be my last.
