Rediculous rng of fleet shipments
So getting the same set of ship shards for 12 refreshes is apparently "rng". Even had the same toon shards and gear pieces 12 times its utter horse shiznit

For me the fleetshipments always stay the same when I refresh manually. Good when I need something twice, but of course completely useless when I want something else
