Rediculous rng of fleet shipments
So getting the same set of ship shards for 12 refreshes is apparently "rng". Even had the same toon shards and gear pieces 12 times its utter horse shiznit

Food for thought:
If the drop rate for an item is 33.3%, then one out of three times you should get the final salvage you need for a craft (nr 50 or 20) in one single sim.
In my experience, it takes at least 80 energy to get the final salvage for a craft. Only once did I get the last one needed in under 3 sims, and I've crafted countless pieces.
Coincidence? I don't think so. Neither are the shipments.
