None of the teams you listed have a 100% win rate vs those other teams. (Bane is about 70% vs Leia, Rey vs Jabba is about 80%)
You also didn't list any datacrons and what they were. What about mods? There are a lot of other factors that come into play here.
I've watched battles this week of Bane vs Leia that had no issue.
