Relic Delta is incredibly helpful. All things being equal, if your characters are at higher Relic then they have an advantage. It is easy to reference, and easy to determine advantages over teams rather than checking Mods and Datacrons.
Beyond Relic Delta, there isn't much change because Mods, Datacrons, and Team Compensation is more deterministic to match up advantages.
If you want to take advantage of Relic Delta then get a Galactic Legend Team to Relic 10 and go beat up on its Counters that sit at Relic 4.
Checking mods, datacrons, and team abilities is the whole point of a “counter.” It is the whole point of the game mode. Removing that aspect removes the point of PvP.
Sugar daddy credit card accounts should be counterable with normal Relic 5 teams and smart game play because strategic play is the point of PvP.
