Remove notifications about rare mods in guild chat
Since the change to 100% chance mod drop rate There are tons of notifications in guild chat about "player XXX has just acquired a rare mod" Can we remove all that as the guild chat gets messy ?

If it shows 3 or 4 secondary stats when at lvl1 it's considered a rare mod.
