Remove notifications about rare mods in guild chat
Since the change to 100% chance mod drop rate There are tons of notifications in guild chat about "player XXX has just acquired a rare mod" Can we remove all that as the guild chat gets messy ?

Plus the "rare mods" don't mean anything anyway. Hardly any of them have speed secondaries.
