Removed the Mk 2 Datacron Level Up Mats for Shard Shop Currency for Current Set



This is the current set that we should be leveling up. Previous sets had all 3 level up mats purchasable for shard shop currency, yet this weekly shipment is entirely lacking the mk 2 mat, which is the most important material to level up datacrons and is the most used. Is this a permanent, unannounced change? Does this mean that your only choices are the obscenely priced ally tokens, crystals, or conquest/TW to farm the most used material in leveling up datacrons from the current set?

    Well, with the new weekly refresh, and no word from CG, I guess we can assume it's not an error and they just hate us.

    Well, with the new weekly refresh, and no word from CG, I guess we can assume it's not an error and they just hate us.

    Looks to be another middle finger towards the players.

    Specially created bottleneck to slow down f2p progression. Speaking constructively, I would like to see a convert system for datacrons mats, for example, convert 5 mk1 to 1 mk2 and 5 mk2 to 1 mk3 and also in reverse direction.

    For a level 9 datacron you need:
    90 mk 1 mats
    305 mk 2 mats
    190 mk 3 mats

    You can still buy mk 1 and mk 3 mats for shard shop currency, but mk 2 mats can only be bought for crystals or ally tokens. This is a drastically different shipments model than what we had for the past two sets, where we used to be able to buy 75+ mk 2 mats for shard shop currency per week, now that is cut down to zero.

    Would be a nice improvement. Don't think it will happen though.
