Report very possible cheating
So my guildmates and I have checked out this person's roster and they claimed 10 Phoenix victories in a row all with one battle. How do we report him and get answers? We're not buying their 10 flawles...

are you sure he's not a whale with a huge roster? Most people over 3mil + gp do have some great toons on offense, considering phoenix is not particularly great at defense as well.
