Reporting Cheater in GAC

Hello There Any tips how to report obvious cheater in GAC? Kyber 2 - reccomend to be careful - look at his last fights in GAC - for example: SLKR solo Beats LV with datacron lv9 in 20 seconds and...

Thanks to my report in other media he was kicked from guild. Especially now, during TB is painful. I feel some kind of justice. I want him to be banned if it's possible :) I also written PM in game to his oponnents to report him.I am going also check his actuall GAC to see how he is doing there :) and eventually write to his actuall oponnents. Good that players in some way can also take justice in their hands :).
