Request: Automatically register every guild member with zero damage when Raid starts

Agree there. Thus is the laziest idea ever. Talk about something for nothing.

If they contributed in order for the guild to launch the raid, they should get to participate by default. Starting everyone at 0 is an excellent idea.

Sure start them at 0 and give them 0 rewards. I like it.
