Request: Automatically register every guild member with zero damage when Raid starts

I'm in a guild that does heroic rancor, and I only have 4 7* toons. If I attack during the 24 grace period, it wastes one of my toons for the actual attack, meaning I can't actually contribute as much as I otherwise would have been able to. The guild has a rotating schedule to accomadate everyone's schedule so sometimes my guild attacks at midnight and I've got small kids and a job. If my son wakes me up at midnight then I'd like to have all 4 toons instead of just 3 to attack with. Wasting a toon to post no damage is lame.
