Resistance team for speed mod

I was able to do the second tier with 75 6* Rey, 80 7* RP, 66 7* RT and 61 6* Poe. That's good enough for me.

And you're gonna need 145 shards of Finn to 5*. Sucks. Last person I thought I'd be grinding in the Cantina >_<

Can get speed as primary stat on a lot of mods not in speed set, so I see no real urgency in readying a Resistance team to farm speed mods. The +10% speed bonus would be awesome to have though, on characters that already have high speed

I managed to 3 star the second one, with Rey 7* gear 8
Fin 6* gear 8
RP 7* gear 8
Poe 7* gear 8 I didn't bother using RT because he is only 4 stars level 39, but I need to grind him for the last fight :/

lol I have Rey lvl 80 gear 9, RP level 80 gear 9, and Poe level 55 gear 7 all with raid gear and I barely beat the first tier

I beat t1 with maxed and modded Rey plus 7* g7 RP, and RT and Poe both 4* g5 or g6. Only got one star, since RT and Poe were pretty junk and died in a round or two, but didn't have a problem with it. I don't dare even attempt t2 until I get them all to g8 though, and my Finn is still a ways from even being unlocked for t3

That's the problem I have with the final challenge too, the lack of any healer or support class Resistance members coupled with the high damage enemies and the low health of certain characters (trooper in paticular) make it extreemly difficult to get one star never mind 3.

Wasting your time on speed mods. Until more gear is released and then hoping for more gear based speed. Takes 4 speed mods to get bonus. Bonus is 10% of characters base gear speed not including any pluses from mods. So Rey & Leia get +15 speed with their base speed of 164. Yep game's math is wrong, no surprise. The bonus also truncates any decimal points, no rounding up or down.

I have not tested all characters, not going to waste precious credits showing how horrible the game tests and debugs things. They prove this enough with every update.

I wasted time and effort on the resistance team. I maxed out everyone but Finn (level 70 G7). I did not max out all omegas. Only one modded was Rey.

Wow, so it seems that all my resistance farming is in vain. If I do manage to beat the speed mod challenges (not for several months) then they are not worth having anyway?!
