I totally see what you're saying, I think the issue lies with the free crystals being tied to both of the arena modes at all. It's very discouraging, shoulda spent my hyperlight bundle on a fresh account.
At 1.3M, probably.
I'm 11M on the worst fleet shard in the game (orders of magnitude more active than other shards with an extremely toxic mafia) and I struggle to get top 20 even with the meta fleet because ~30 people work together to lock me out of rewards.
And the solution proposed by other members of the community is for me to restart or quit playing. lmfao.
There were many other solutions proposed by members of the community - you’ve just chosen to ignore them, and now pretend they weren’t suggested in the first place. Never mind the fact that your complaint is not relevant to the OP’s complaint.
Okay bud. OP complains about the shard system for reasons related to my issues with it and I agree with them, offering my take and suggestions from someone who was in their position a few years ago and has worked tirelessly to come back from being behind.
Also, none of the proposed solutions from the old forums are even remotely viable.Your position on the shard system has always been weakened by the fact that you, initially at least, sought to join the shard chat. Your objection to the system seems to hinge on the fact that you didn’t get in.
