You do back CG up for almost all the decisions they make, even when they are ****.
The idea for this change was because they were going to make the first 6 spots aimed at the player specifically............well that never happened. So instead of grabbing money by enticing, they're grabbing money from mistakes being made. We're accountable for our mistakes yes, but CG are accountable for making that possible.
We had Crumb saying that all these mistakes would be refunded and posts here saying that wasn't happening as the support for the game is absolute total **** and not on the same wave or caring about being on the same wave as CG.
I'm not sure how it happened, but I made the mistake last week. I purchased gems just before the Executor event (for the Exectutor event). Somehow I didn't scroll down far enough in 'shipments' and purchased the entire 2nd row (the 3 gems salvage purchases).
This wiped most of the gems that I'd purchased with money. So I took a screenshot and approached the support. The support literally said the above didn't happen, even with a screenshot proof.
So yes............I'm not sure how it happened but it was my mistake for not concentrating properly on something that I've never needed to concentrate on for 5 years. However, like the previous 3 times I've tried to use the support they're totally inept. I'm so angry about it, that I will force myself not to make any monetary purchases for the next year out of spite. It's a huge hit on my morale.
Anyway where am I going with this...........**** move by CG and the support for this game is beyond useless.
In all fairness, the comment you replied to was in response to OP, rather than the change itself. I mistakenly bought some items too when the change was just made, and had to go through some ordeal to get some refund, so I'm totally not for the change. But, it's been a few weeks, people really should have adjusted by now.
