Rework of Galactic War for all game stages?

So here's an idea: 

I, too, have fond memories of GW. So I started an Alt account, got it up above level 50 to unlock GW, and then stopped spending energy. I play a challenging GW most days, but I am not building the acct towards anything. It's just there because GW is unique and fun, so when I want to puzzle my way through a progressive challenge, I log in to my alt and once or twice a day I can get that old feeling back. 

It takes very little time to get to level 50. You, too, could relive the fun, and just by not spending energy (or collecting daily rewards, since these include XP) you can massively slow your level progress and spend months or years with your old friend, Galactic War.
