No ftp can unlock her if u are in the top of your arena yeah they have been in the shop before they were in the cantina and if u bought them w crystals and did the cantina only yeah it totally possible mine are 4 stars about to be five and I hardly farmed them. Plus I'm ftp I didn't expect to get her first anyhow because I'm ftp. I also think the event will be harder than cls because they learned that having too many of this type of character the first time around is not good. Drag it out build up the anticipation for the next go around. I also think this event will be back sooner than later for the aforementioned reason.
