And this is precisely where Royal Guard comes in - to protect Palpatine! This Unique will make RG viable and more consistent with canon lore, because in his current state he is underpowered and doesn't feel very "elite", unlike DT acting as an elite protector to Krennic!
Did you forget that Royal Guard already protects everyone?! There is also Stormtrooper and Shoretrooper, what you are suggesting is to make a okay character almost comparable to Palpatine
He will be in no way comparable to Palpatine! He certainly does not protect everyone like Shore does and he certainly does not protect Palpatine like he should be and that's the issue here - Shore is not an elite but is a far better tank than RG who is elite!
