I did Tier 1 with a R4 Daka & Asajj, G12 Talia, and G11 Talzin and Zombie. Took one attempt. Talzin in the leader spot.
Salient info:
1) Daka had about 110k health and a Crit Avoidance arrow.
2) Talia had about 80% TM going into P4.
3) All NS had special abilities off cooldown going into P4.
Other helpful info:
Use the event special to get speed up on your team after the first Sidious AoE (preferably with Zombie or Asajj).
Use Talia's middle ability to clear heal immunity before using the healing specials.
Spam specials from all characters to stack plague on Sidious.Talzin basic is OK if Sidious already has plague, Tenacity down from Zombie zombie basic can be helpful too.
Don't really worry about dealing damage, just stay alive like John Travolta and let the plague do the work for you.
