SEE isn't with ult ability and Ben S. is actually SLKR

When I get in to the battle my SEE wasn't with the ult ability so I lost my 70 tickets.... and also Ben Solo is using SLKR's abilities I want a fix for this... how can I get the ult now if I can't ...
