Serious Customer Support problems - CG needs to escalate this

So CG makes a change that leads to unintended Crystal purchases. Like many, I took a screen shot and raised a Customer Support ticket as soon as I could.... ... spent a long time with Cust Support ...

It’s like a cable company (remember those) that you’re trying to quit. Spend hours trying to figure out how to cancel cable only to keep getting billed. Then when you complain to help desk they can’t seem to find any case notes to help you. Then you start the process all over again.
