I'm experiencing the same issue. It's as if CG has deliberately screwed us over so it is literally impossible to get the last 3 characters to 7* because the time limits from their release are not sufficient enough to farm refreshes.

That and the fact that CG has noticeably lowered the rate of shards dropping from refreshes. I get 0 shards daily for some characters and it doesn't matter how many refreshes get used.

Vibes aren't data. There is no credible data to show that drop rates have been changed. If there was, people in the community who do track this data would have noticed.

  You are correct but notice there is no way for players to track any data within the game properly. You don't even have an inventory box for all the various currencies you don't use at the moment, you have no way of keeping track of anything.
  You have no way of actually knowing if a gambling pack that you buy for money that says the odds are this and that of getting shards, if the given % odds are true or not.
  I don't think this like this randomly. We are gambling in a digital casino with no way of reliably counting cards ^^ they went into every account and removed relics and omicrons from players.. Just saying 🤷🏽‍♂️

    For drop rates? Yes, there is.
    
    1) get pen and paper/open notepad app/select other note-taking technology
    
    2) hit your daily farms
    
    3) write down # of sims and shards gained
    
    4) repeat for long enough to produce enough data points to produce a statistically relevant sample
    
    That's how people who do track drop rates have been doing it for years. That's how I have been doing it. I have data for all my hard node farms going back to Outrider in 2022. I know more about this than you.
    
    If you buy the gamble packs, I have no sympathy. It's your own fault.
