Seriously?

I have 50/100 for Vader.  I finally got my 4000 crystals to finish him at 7*.  Imagine my surprise that he’s no longer in the store and I have to keep farming a character I actually use in GAC.  

Depend on how much shards you need; you get 1,66 aprox. shard in 5 battles, doing 2 extra refreshes you get 4,98 aprox. daily; so if you need 100 shard, you need 21 daysaprox. of farming, but if you need 200 shard is double.

I get the characters in 5* + some extra shards in the marquee to get to the event with only node farming.

Based on your calculations and 2 refreshes per day. Is it even possible to complete the Maul event in time if they all have to be 7*?

I have a spreadsheet to know what day I will finish a farm, playing with the node recharges to get to the character Event (In this case Maul), that way I always finish the farm before the event, all this using the well known 1/3 drop rate.

I dont see a change in the drop rate, the days calculate from the excel and the day actually ending the farm, is almost the same (1-2 days of difference); even kleya is looking like 1/3 drop rate (give or take), for what I can tell with the 2 weeks farm.

And always remember the "law of great numbers" in this cases.

This is an absolute outrage.  Probably nerfing the drop rates for the last few days as well. 

I'm experiencing the same issue. It's as if CG has deliberately screwed us over so it is literally impossible to get the last 3 characters to 7* because the time limits from their release are not sufficient enough to farm refreshes.

That and the fact that CG has noticeably lowered the rate of shards dropping from refreshes. I get 0 shards daily for some characters and it doesn't matter how many refreshes get used.
