Just trying to explain how best to stay whole in this situation.
I already posted the solution which is to cash in the excess shards. I cannot and do not want to do that, so yes the value of those shards I earned will go down. I am overall very pleased with the change it will help me immensely, but being penalized for my uncashed in shards tempers my enthusiasm.
