You can see his Ackbar if you click on his Home One in the arena opponent selection screen. If he is higher gear level, higher stars, higher level and tier (only two things that matter) of mods, higher ability levels, and/or higher character level, he will be faster. But nothing would get his capital ship to take 2-3 more turns than yours; is that range fairly accurate or is it exaggeration?
