Ship battles unstable and crashing

i got that problem sometimes, what i do is before play any ship battle, close the game and start again and go directly to the battle... never crashed when i do this :)
if i play any other thing or lock the phone while the game is running, and then i go to start a battle most of the times the game crashes at any moment of the fight
maybe is a hardware problem like the ram or something... i play on a moto e2

I have the same problem and do as @Fahrius does. Works for me, and I found that the part that likes to crash the most is when the capital ship animations go

What kind of 3rd world device are you playing on? That is probably your main issue.

I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and the game crashes often. Ui bugs, outright crashes in the middle of the match, etc.

This issue has been ongoing since EA servers went down the other day. We got 500 crystals for it yesterday but the problem of game lag is still here. Game is so slow that its practically impossible o play. I'm in the UK .
