Why is it that only the Executor event shows up in the events. Finally after months I was able to finish the requirements for the Profundity, but I missed it because it never showed up in the events where I look to keep an eye out for everything. Why do you guys keep screwing up this game so badly?

You need to unlock it in the journey guide first. Considering how often you post here, I'm surprised you never heard of this before
Maybe if you were paying attention, you would have noticed that you have to go into the journey guide on the right day instead of coming on here and creating a useless complaint about nothing.

Leviathan, Profundity, Executor are all Journey Guides before hitting the event tab for the repeat bonus shards. If you don’t unlock it first, it will not show up in the events tab. Works just like the Mace Windu event. Executor is always the 15th and Profundity is the last day of the month.
