They make their money on the fact that many people don't really realize how gawd awful this pack is. Even under the BEST case scenario, it's awful. This pack is for people who don't mind spending $3,000 on one virtual ship.

At best you have a worthless 3/4* ship you can't upgrade. At worst you think you're going to upgrade it...at 3,000 crystals for what other ships cost 400 GW tokens for and get 1,200 tokens for free every single day plus up to 1,600 fleet tokens.

So what people can get 7 of for absolutely free every day, you're going to pay $22 bucks each for just because it's "exclusive".

If you don't have unlimited funds to buy 150 of these packs on a whim then it's the same as people buying a case of generic beer and $200 worth of powerball tickets. At some point in the future you're going to feel really bad and stupid.

One blueprint for 36 / 55 crystals is a very good deal. after the first buy it is getting ugly and you pay 375 crystals for one blueprint

I bought it just because of the chance to land Tie Advanced. Didn't get it (I think its drop rates are lower than Reaper). I am fine with it as knew it was a gamble, and still have plenty of crystals left (maybe Reaper will be good, but don't really care for ships that need me to upgrade a number of crew members tbh...). But if you don't have crystals to throw around, don't think it is a wise investment. And never even for a second entertained the idea of buying a second pack...
