You're in bit if of an odd situation. Restarting and buying the hyperdrive bundle you could be near top, but that also depends if you're near 1000 player to join or near the last 10,000th to enter the shard. Plus you would have to compete with all the active players and who knows how many players bought the bundle before you entered. However your current arena could either have like 200-500 active players playing in it like others have said letting you maintain a highish place but not quite top. Only 1 fleet shard ever has been shuffled around so you're definitely in the same arena shard as you were when you started the game. You could create a 2nd account and see the outcomes of arena but keep your current one just incase you dont like it. The main advantage you have with the main is it's a launch shard.
