Should I omega electro goggles for Zam?
It would reduce the cool down. I was thinking no since I wouldn't use it much and would be beneficial on defence.

Zam is pretty bad. If you have omegas to spare and it fulfills your personal enjoyment of the game, then yes, omega it.
One of my guildies has a clone fetish and has zeta'd and omega'd all of their possible abilities. I'm not sure how well it works against the meta, but it sure makes him happy and looks awesome.
