Should Star Wars Rebels toons be added to SWGoH?

Not yet. A lot later, like when there aren't 8x more rebels than every other faction

This is where it gets interesting. After all the new DS additions, many said DS are definitely the end game. Rebels are for 70-85. Yet, those are the same people that are shouting "NEED MORE EMPIRE! 1000x NO MORE REBELS!" Hmmmm..............

You are completely missing the point of the op. Star Wars Rebels is a show that is part of the canon, just like the Clone Wars. No one is talking about Rebels, the faction, although, they would undoubtedly add some Rebels(the faction) from the show. But they could add some Empire, Mandalorians, Jedi and many more as well...

Yes. Rebels has evolved into an awesome series.
