SIM tickets need to go away.

SIM tickets need to go away, plain and simple. There are plenty of ways to entice your gamers to use their crystals on gear and characters (which goes extremely fast at your cost rate). People don't need to spend crystals on something that should be intrinsic to save time. There are so many options, events, challenges, etc. that it takes hours to complete everything already. Why add time to our lives trying to make money to pay you for something else and get us fired bc we are constantly enveloped in your game bc we don't want to pay for SIM tickets. Please, remove this requirement. Your players would appreciate the show of generosity and convenience.
