Simple changes that will make Useless Darkside Characters usable

1. Veers- Change "Ruthless Assaults cooldown from 4 to 2 turns and "Imperial Assult Commandeer (Lead) to say Empire allies gain 10% turn meter whenever they damage an enemy. Other allies gain half. 2...

Put these suggestions in the character feedback forum. More likely to get dev eyes...assuming those are the people you want to see this.
