We have the timeline somehow greatly confused.
5113 BBY Tenebrae is born
5100 BBY Tenebrae becomes Lord Vitiate
4999 BBY Tenebrae calls the Sith Lords to Nathema and destros all life to become immortal and Sith Emperor
3976 BBY - 3961 BBY Jedi Knight Revan founds the Trayus academy, defeats Mandalore and together with Malak discover the existence of the Sith Emperor. They plot to defeat Tenebrae, but instead are enslaved and fall to the dark side, becoming Darth Revan and Darth Malak. Darth Revan forms his own Sith Empire
3959 BBY Darth Revan together with Darth Malak lead an invasion into the Galactic Republic
3956 BBY Darth Revan having been brainwashed defeats Malak
3955 BBY Dark Triumvirate formed
3951 BBY Dark Triumvirate falls apart
3951 BBY Surik defeats Traya
3951 BBY Revan defeats Darth Nyriss, which convinces Scourge that he is the only one capable of defeating the Sith Emperor. In the final battle, Scourge betrays Revan and Tenebrae triumps, but Revan manages to hold off Tenebrae's power for 300 years preventing him from attacking the Galactic Republic
around 3650 BBY Meetra frees Revan, and he attemps to confront the Sith Emperor for a final time. Before the forces of the Emperor can destroy him, Revan disappears in a flash of light and his next appearance is as a hologram assuming leadership of the Order of Revan during the battle at the Temple of Ancients, announcing his intentions to destroy both the Republic and the Empire.
So, Darth Revan was not a servant of Traya. Revan was her padawan, but if he was anyone's servant, that would be the Emperor's during his Darth Revan years.
Is this accurate?
From what I've read in expanded content, Revan and Alek join the madalorian wars as they are frustrated by the Council doing nothing. They then find out that Madalore has been driven by an unseen force (Vitiate) and go to find him. He converts them to the dark side but they have other ideas - deciding to create their own sith Empire and attacking the republic using the fleet provided by Vitiate and few captured republic ships. Cue the prelude to Kotor 1.
The rest of what you say seems correct, although Revan Reborn is the reappearance of Revan at the foundry as depicted in SWTOR. After that Vitiate buggers off to create the Eternal Empire in unknown space, leaving Revan locked up in prison.
