Dead serious. Currently maul lead does the following:
-free tm at the start of the fight

-invis at the start

-dodge

-crit immune while invis

-tm on dodge

-invis on dodge/crit

-advantage when exiting invis

To me when I see that I just think 'underpowered' and 'that's just not enough' My suggestions to buff zaul would be:
- invincibility
-5x damage to Jedi (cuz f u Kenobi!!)
- constant 100% tm cuz sith are ninjas
Now that is balanced imo.

I want unbeatable teams on defense, or at least very tough teams, and so sith are a welcome. Nihilus expansion made zaul almost unbeatable, and that is a good thing. My advice, if your not running nihilus expect to lose. And lose often! This game needs more domination, not variety ("or said another way, not a guaranteed win).

Like rock paper scissors. I kinda hate games that use that design, I couldn't play fire emblem games because of it. Would that even work with arena?

I don't feel like it needs to be a perfect rock paper scissors per se. Every team just needs to have one guaranteed loss on offense/defense. If Maul loses to droids 98% of the time we'd get some droid players preying on the current leaderboards. Maul player's get annoyed and switch to rex to screw the droid players - but the remaining maul players can still beat that. then you have FO show up - they can't touch Maul, but now 60% of the teams aren't Maul and 1-2 of those slip into the leaderboard being able to beat rex and droids, etc. Maul can fight all of those teams except droids. If that droid player is sitting in first and Maul wants it - put something else in!

There is no human advantage vs AI zaul, though. Nor any of the hard meta teams. Zaul is just by far the most numerous. Human advantage was pretty huge right after rg was released. I dont know if u guys remember. I cohld climb to top 10 from 100, easy (not necessarily during payout mind you). Learning how to game the system is always fun. I guess people dont want that. You say u rather have the best team and just sit there at the top until next meta shift and/or when the #2 guy finally gets the plus 28 speed mod to leapfrog u?

Zaul is not the reason sith dominate.

75% of top 20 on my Nov '15 Whaley shard have one thing in common. Nihilus. Whether it's Rex or zaul. Nihilus is why the top of the LB is great. Without him, zaul teams couldn't punch through the chaze/gk barrier.

And Nihilus is not op by any measurement.

If I wanted to play roshambo, I'd play it with my kids. That's not exactly what I'd want to see here. And I prefer a team that can dominate on defense for once, because I want to see a LB in arena that means something. Right now, anyone pansy team can get 1st.

You can still make a defensive team. Nothing is stopping you from doing just that. There are very good defensive based characters already in game. You should focus on those, instead of crying that you offensive based team cant hold position
