Smuggler Event & Stormtrooper Han

Can someone please explain to me why Stormtrooper Han doesn't have the Smuggler faction tag? Han dressed as Stormtrooper in A New Hope while on the job as a smuggler. He was NOT a rebel at that time. ...

He's literally smuggling them in when they dress up as stormtroopers. Literally in the act of smuggling at that very moment.

Not only is he in the act of smuggling at that very moment... he keeps reminding the group that he’s only doing this to get paid and that he really wants his money after they escape.
