Some units still don't have ability rank 8. When will that be addressed?

Take the old Lando Calrissian for example. Leader and Unique still only have rank 7. This would be a great spot for either some new zetas or Omicrons to at least finish the design philosophy of each character having 8 ability ranks with the 8th being an omega or zeta or Omicron even.

This has been a thing for so many years now, will they finally be addressed or still left in the dust and ignored?
