Speculation for New Galactic Legends Unlock Requirements

With the new Galactic Legends characters of Rey and Kylo Ren being announced the question is... exactly how will they be unlocked? At the moment we have multiple "event" type characters out there. ...

My excitement over this announcement immediately got overshadowed with, “Will it be a 7 star unlock? If not, how to get the rest?”
