Speculation for New Galactic Legends Unlock Requirements

With the new Galactic Legends characters of Rey and Kylo Ren being announced the question is... exactly how will they be unlocked? At the moment we have multiple "event" type characters out there. ...

I guess it will be easy. We can unlock them at 3* with R9 characters, than we can quickly collect the rest with GET3.
