The whole reason I restructured it to begin with was to make sure that the LOWEST rank got NO LESS than 200 tickets, and 200 crystals. 300 crystals a day is more or less the bare minimum you need to have a chance at being able to compete in anything.
The lowest rank needs enough to not want to quit too, and that is 200 tickets and crystals.
There is still a scaling effect going on, but it is more noticeable in credits than anything else, which is as it should be IMHO.
