Star Wars OC - Cade Annowarp

Im gonna mention this guy: OutrunWhistle

Inspired by Starkiller and Starkiller only, I've had this idea for a month now.

Born In The Light Of Events Such As The Battle Of Naboo, Cade Annowarp, Human Apprentice of the legendary Ki-Adi-Mundi, became a powerful war general after his knighthood, and perfected the form of Djem So.

Droids Killed: about 6500

this is where his first ability comes in: Djem So: deal physical damage and if the target enemy is a droid, deal 200% more damage

During Order 66, he was chilling in the capital ship of the separatists (a favorable way to escape a battlefield if you don't have a ship available) with a 212th clone and flying autopilot when Cade saw the hologram of palps saying execute order 66 on the clone's hand thingy. Palps reminded him of a random sith he saw in the jedi archives so he cut off the clone's hands, feet, and stole the Zilo Beast armor before ejecting the clone.

this is where his second ability comes in: Dismember and Eject: stun target enemy for 2 turns and inflict ability block with a 100% crit chance.

Between 19BBY - 4ABY (the years the empire reigned) Cade Annowarp built a home at Dantooine and lived there, believing there is someone strong in the force nearby that he can take as padawan.

He joined Luke's Jedi Order as Jedi Master but still couldn't find a padawan to pass his legacy on to. Instead, he trained the younglings and contributed to the Archives. (A job Jocasta would be proud of)

this is where one of his abilities come from: Legacy: All non-Galactic Republic Jedi (except for Jocasta Nu) gain Foresight, 20% of Cade Annowarp's max health, and are called to assist.

I'm not gonna go over his lore again but i will go over his kit:

Djem So: deal physical damage and if target enemy is droid, deal 2x more damage

Dismember and Eject: stun target enemy for two turns and inflict ability block with a 100& crit chance

Legacy: All non-Galactic Republic Jedi (except for Jocasta Nu) gain Foresight, 20% of Cade Annowarp's max health, and are called to assist.

And yk what? Imma throw in a leader ability

Settle Down: all allies have 140% of their regular health, and when Cade is defeated, all dead allies revive at twenty-five percent health

Why would you post a fan fiction character in a forum section that's not dedicated to talk about fan fiction champ?

  • Why would I post a SWGOH-style kit in a forum that isn't SWGOH related? That defeats the whole purpose. If you want to continue this discussion, do so in one of my own posts so we can stop blowing up Blinks notifications.

As it says at the top of the forums section, "Discuss and share your feedback on Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes with fellow players." not "Share your fan fiction here." If you do want to suggest characters, then at least suggest ones that have officially existed in Star Wars media where you can be creative with how they would work in the game combined with their lore.

If you're disappointed by a lack of section to post fan fiction, then request to the forum mods for one. In the meantime as suggested, please post your fan fiction to the link here where it's more appropriate: https://swfanon.fandom.com/wiki/Star_Wars_Fanon_Wiki

  • If people are expectant or demanding that their OC kits be added to the game, then that's a problem because the possibility of successfully navigating a political/legal field like that is approximately 3,720 to 1! (jk, but it would be a problem)

As it stands, these fan kits, while not in any way recognised by Star Wars media, are just some creative ideas. It is a shame that there isn't a dedicated section for fan kits (possibly something we could bring up with EA), but I don't see the harm. There's a lower ratio of fan kits to more relevant topics than you think, especially recently with the knightfall event.

The issue isn't creating fan kits, it's that these made up characters are pure fan fiction. As they are made up and don't exist in any official media, they're unlikely to ever appear in the game. Because actual existing characters have a better chance of being considered by the dev team regardless of how many appearances they've had, those threads would be better serving this forum that is intended for discussion of the game.

Until they create an area of the forums just for fan fiction, then I suggest your efforts would be better utilized in places intended just for it like the Star Wars Fanon wiki: https://swfanon.fandom.com/wiki/Star_Wars_Fanon_Wiki

  • In all seriousness, I don't see the issue with OC kits. These kits are never going to be added to the game, so why does it matter if the character is canon or not? For me at least, these kits are just a fun little way to experiment with ideas that I realistically know won't ever come to the game, so why talk down to people who are just expressing their creativity?

  • Don't you have some super obscure character with a single frame of screen time in the background of Rebels S2 Ep7 to write a long, detailed kit for?

  • Instead of posting fan fiction in the forums about the game Galaxy of Heroes, you may have better luck sharing it on the Star Wars Fanon Wiki
