AAT is endgame. The problem is that whenever anyone talks about a character needing a rework they're talking about Arena. They don't understand that Arena is only one tiny slice of the game, and that it's completely different from everything else. There's a time limit and a draw is equal to a loss, so it skews heavily towards offense and virtually eliminates healing. That's an inherent vice to Arena that doesn't apply anywhere else--Galactic War, raids, mod challenges, credit heists, miscellaneous events.

Saying a character needs a redesign because they're not good in Arena is like saying a non-Scoundrel character needs a redesign because they're not good in heists. (Which might sound like hyperbole, but hoooo boy, do a search for "Should X have the Scoundrel tag?" threads and you'll find some straight up silliness in the past because, yeah, people really will try anything to get that extra edge without resorting to doing actual investment.)
