Yeah but he's the exception I'd say (Kenobi).
You can work with old Ben, or Ezra but that's about it for Jedis . QGJ is slightly above average. Since Yoda has a legendary event you'd think he'd be a little more useful. Mace, yada yada
And yeah, Sith are underpowered in the game as well, but not as much as Jedi in my opinion. I think EP and Vader need zeta/unique respectively, but Sith I think are much better off currently than Jedi
