what we did see, is GarS and ISC, they both are pretty bad in high-arena terms.
TBH, also DT, Kren are not that great in. tarkin on paper is good, on reality is bad, veers the same..
zader barely cut it anymore, palp would be better under zaul, and TFP is the only good empire toon.
if thrawn will make one of the useless empire above to be better than TFP/Palp... i'll be shocked.
