Sun Fac just dispelled TFP's Foresight and gave him 2x down!

@CG_Kozispoon on your Bugs Bin update from 12/15, that scuba copied above, you have a bug being investigated as such:

"Live QA - Functionality - Abilities - Sun Fac will apply Critical Chance Down on a counter attack against Rey who has the Foresight Buff active"

Please note my thread title. It's happening from Sun Fac to TFP, as well.
