Tank Raid HP and Readiness for T7

Tier 6:

Phase 1: 33 million (not sure if I remember correctly)

Then it's 90 mill., 70 mill., and 47 mill.

Regarding readiness for heroic tier:
Make sure, that you have a good plan which everyone understands, before you try — then have a go. Even if you should fail, the experience is invaluable. Each player will find out the weaknesses of his roster in each phase and discover where it needs improvements. Mind that there is no roster refresh, so every player needs at least 20 well geared toons and possibly to switch his best mods around for each attack to succeed.

If you can clear normal in 3 days that's when our guild could do it

This should be a good help for determining your readiness. It basically comes down to the number of highly geared raid specific squads you have available as a guild.
