I cant think of a game where end-game content is available to everyone. There is a reason your characters have stars, levels, gear and mods...gives u something to work towards while u do a lower raid (Rancor) suited to your level of gameplay.
This is where the response "but we need AAT gear to progress" usually comes in. Long story short, No u don't. U need AAT gear to go from gear X to gear XI and if your toons were at gear X, u would b clearing AAT and there would b no need for this post.
Even after they tune it down, it won't b for everyone.
