Targeted Advertising?

Hello guys,
the last few days I started seeing pop-up ads for energy and gear bundles. It has gotten to the point where I get one pop-up ad each time I start the game. My guild mates do not get these ads.





I bought the energy pack already twice (yesterday and today).

Even though I exceeded the purchase limit for today I still get the ad.


@CG_Doja_Fett @Kyno What are these ads? I don't find these deals in the store. Don't get me wrong, the energy pack is a great value so I am happy it is being offered to me. I am just curious. Although I would appreciate if the ad wasn't shown if I am no longer eligible for it (due to exceeding the purchase limit).

    Nothing direct, and I don't really expect an exact answer. He believed it had something to do with how the data is cached on the device, and passed it along to the proper channels to get it worked on.

    Okay but I just got the ad again and I bought the energy pack the third day straight. I would like to know why it is being offered to me and not to the majority of the players.

    So rather than address us (crumb), he’s just pushing it along. All the while some players get far better deals than others in terms of offers because of “data”. Lmao that’s cool. Sounds fair


    my comment has nothing to do with who it is being offered too. just the erroneous offers shown in this post that are unintended pop ups.

    I didn't inquire as to what is being used to target who is getting these.
